For those arenas that close down for the summer months, this is the perfect opportunity to conduct a yearly "over-haul".
New Ice has identified 22 systems on these machines and will provide a detailed inspection and 6 page report outlining their operational status. Additional notations will be provided regarding additional service that may be needed immediately or that should be monitored.
There are a few key parts that are replaced automatically as recommended by the manufacturer, however any work outside the normal operational maintenance will be reported before any work is done. Once a quote for additional recommended work is submitted and subsequently approved then we will move forward. No surprises.
There is no set price for this service as every machine is different based on it's age, make and model and hours it has accumulated. We charge the regular hourly rate + parts and supplies.
The goal of this service is to ensure that the Ice resurfacer is ready to go for the new season. All systems are ready to operate at their optimum levels after the summer break.
Note - Regular preventative maintenance throughout the
year is still required.
